Professor Mike Kirby

Professor Kirby has worked in the NHS for 36 years as a primary care physician, with a special interest in cardiology. He was appointed Director of the Hertfordshire Primary Care Research Network in 1997 and Consultant to Clinical Trials Coordinating Centre (CTCC). He is an Associate Member of The British Association of Urological Surgeons and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians. Professor Kirby has published more than 400 clinical papers and 30 books and has lectured to a wide international audience on men’s health, urology, erectile dysfunction, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. He is consultant editor of the Primary Care Cardiovascular Journal and on the editorial board of several internationally renowned journals.
