Are you a potential supporter?
Virtual Clinics is our brand new, stimulating e-learning module for primary care clinicians providing educational, expert-led, evidence-based guidance and advice to increase your knowledge and confidence to deliver the best patient care and improve patient outcomes.
Follow a series of virtual patients presenting with a range of health conditions such as T2DM, CVD, HF, CRM, CKD and obesity, who will visit (and revisit) the clinic in real-time. These case study-based interactive journeys illustrate true-to-life patient experiences from diagnosis to treatment and management, whilst demonstrating the ever-evolving conditions and associated risks and complications that can arise.
Virtual Clinics will improve knowledge and understanding of common conditions by following practical, expert-led case studies.
